This series is intended for those interested in beginning their Yoga journey but unsure of where to begin or those looking to revisit the basics. We will go through basic, foundational poses, correct alignment and the benefits of asanas and a daily practice. Handouts to continue your practice at home will be provided weekly to solidify what has been taught in each session. The cost per class is $30 or purchase a pass for the entire series for $100 (a $20 savings!). Pre-registration is required. You may sign up in person at Vitality or register online. Weather permitting, we will take our practice outside. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise some mats will be available to borrow.
