*Prerequisite is Stage 1, which is the basis for Stages 2 and 3 – where we build on the progress of Stage 1 using a similar approach, but tailored to the new different awarenesses.
Stage 2 – Learn How to Connect to the Different Parts of Your Body: recognizing parts of your body that work well, parts that don’t work so well, parts you like, parts you don’t like and acknowledge all of them.
Stage 3 – Acknowledge When You Are Stuck and You Are Incapable of Moving Forward: what do you want to do about that!?
What is it?
SRI (Somato Respiratory Integration) involves a gentle combination of breathing, touch, focus and specific declarations.
It is a hands-on approach to accelerate your care, sustain your progress and reconnect you -- with YOU! Consider it the take-home portion of your care that allows you to stop, take a moment and breathe when and where you want to.
Who is it for?
It is open to every member of the practice, regardless if you've been here 20 days or 20 years. It is also accessible for those not in the practice. Bring your friends, family and co-workers. Everyone is welcome! $10 for practice members, $20 for non-practice members. Please prepay in the office with cash or check to secure your attendance.
What should I bring?
Yourself! Comfortable clothing is nice, but not required as it is not an exercise class.
