2024 Community Wellness Series - Gut/Brain Health

  • Superior Restaurant 102 Main Street Emmaus, PA, 18049 United States (map)

Are you ready to take control of your health? Come to the dinner and find out how!

Digestive issues are often a reflection of unresolved emotional issues.

Have you ever felt butterflies in your stomach when you get nervous, worried or anxious? Emotions land in different parts of the body and the stomach can be the home of anxiety, worry, fear, sadness AND elation. The connection between our brain and our body is undeniable. Research says that our stomach is our ENS (Enteric Nervous System) and known as our “second” brain.

Stomach issues are almost always related to the nervous system. During this dinner presentation, we will discuss how stress, anxiety and a dysregulated nervous system show up as IBS, IBD constipation, nutrient deficiencies and many other things.

During this dinner, we will:

·        Discover how your body stores stress and anxiety within the nervous system.

·        Learn how the gut and the brain have a two-way highway communication system.

·        Increase your energy and bandwidth to conquer life’s demands.

·        Create new habits and behaviors which facilitate reconnecting the body, mind and spirit.

·        See a demonstration of our introductory care, also known as the season of Discover.

Network Care supports your nervous system by developing strategies in your body to help you process energy and information more efficiently. These strategies help you conquer stress and anxiety to live a life with purpose and intention.

Invite your family, friends and co-workers as they are all welcome to join our warm and caring team for a fun and informative evening. One lucky attendee will win a free initial consultation and all in attendance will receive a valuable gift.
