Meet the Team

Dr. Darin Mazepa

Clinical Director

A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, Dr. Darin is passionate about four things, being the best father he can be to his son, Kaimana; his love for the Hawaiian Islands, especially Kauai; attending concerts and hearing live music; and transforming the lives of suffering people through Reorganizational Healing. In 1996 he and his former practice partner set out to create a new paradigm in healing for the Lehigh Valley. In January 1997, Vitality was born.

Over the last 28 years, Dr. Darin has helped thousands of patients live happier, more productive lives. Whether it's through the most gentle form of chiropractic, allergy elimination, nutritional counseling and support or any of the other tools in his professional arsenal, he always gives 100% to the person with whom he is consulting. He is the proud recipient of several awards over the past two decades and has been asked to speak at local, national and international health conferences.

Dr. Jess Crowley

Jess Crowley is from Winchester, Virginia in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. She grew up playing sports with her younger siblings and spent most of her time exploring the great outdoors. After attending James Madison University for her undergraduate studies, Jess started at Sherman College of Chiropractic and will graduate in March of this year.

She holds certifications in NetworkSpinal technique and is working towards a certification in animal chiropractic from the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA).

In her spare time, you will find Jess climbing mountains with her two dogs Pinecone and Basil or chasing them down a hill on her mountain bike. Fun facts: Jess's favorite coffee is a hot americano, she has never been to Disney World and the smallest animal she has ever evaluated is a one week old baby chicken.

Laura Jany Klucharich

Reiki Master/Teacher & Office Coordinator

Laura began her professional career in marketing capacities for an Internet start-up and then in development for higher education. As her personal journey with health took some twists and turns, she focused her free time on the study and practice of alternative healing. Now an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Laura facilitates healing sessions and teaches all three levels of Reiki. The next step in her journey is teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). She completed the teaching practicum through the Mindfulness Institute at Thomas Jefferson University and continues to immerse herself in teacher trainings and silent meditation retreats. Laura has been with Vitality for 8 years; first as a patient herself. In addition, she is mom to teenage twin girls who have special gifts to bring to this world. She loves the beach - her gypsy soul's home - and hopes to live there someday.

Antonelle Geogheghan

Clinical Assistant

Antonelle attended West Chester University and graduated with a B.S.Ed. in Special Education. After graduation she taught kids with special needs for 9 years before becoming a stay at home mom. She is the proud mom of Connor, Claire and Camilla and feels blessed to have stayed at home with them for 9 years.

Antonelle is also a 200 RYT and has a passion for teaching vinyasa yoga. She has completed Reiki Level I and II. Antonelle loves yoga, hiking, walking, the beach and traveling. After being faced with her own health challenges and turning towards holistic healthcare to heal, she feels called to helping others navigate natural ways to help their own bodies heal.

"Yoga is the gateway to discovering your true authentic self. It mends and heals the relationship you have with yourself and it allows you to peel back the layers that no longer serve you.”

Nikki Gingrich

Patient Care Coordinator

Nikki graduated from DeSales University and spent 11 years in non-profit organizations and fundraising. In 2018, she felt right at home when she became a practice member at Vitality and in 2021, joined the team as Patient Care Coordinator.

Nikki has a passion for health and fitness. She ran cross country and track throughout high school and college, and today can be found working out early in the morning. Her family loves to be outdoors, hiking in the mountains and going camping.

In her “spare time”, Nikki is also an adjunct professor at DeSales University and works remotely as the Membership Coordinator for the Alliance for Innovation and Transformation. She lives in Salisbury Township with her husband Ryan, sons Brett and Darren and their 3 animals.
