So, now that we have your interest and you want to get started, the first step is to fill out our online interest form. After receiving your interest form, we strive to call you within 24 business hours to gather more information and better understand how we can serve you. Once we have established that you are a good fit for Vitality, we will send you our new patient paperwork to complete and return. Please dedicate 30-45 minutes to complete the forms. Our intake forms are nothing like you’ve ever seen (we ask “what’s RIGHT in your life?”) We like to know everything about you because we are a HOLISTIC office. We don’t just scratch the surface of physical symptoms, we explore mind-body-soul connection to get a clear picture of everything. Upon receiving your completed paperwork, the team reviews it and then we call you to schedule your initial appointment.
So Now What?
Your First Visit
Your first visit will be approximately an hour long and will include a comprehensive exam with both structural and neurological measurements. The second component of your initial evaluation includes a private consultation with one of the doctors where they will review your paperwork and deliver your first NetworkSpinal entrainment. (That’s a funny word, what’s that?) Here at Vitality, we collect as much data as possible about your current health status because we don’t like to guess, we like to know. The technology we utilize during this exam provides us with a starting point for your care and will consist of:
Your second visit will be 15-20 minutes long during which you will receive an entrainment and have a few minutes to briefly discuss or share any changes you have noticed since your first visit. We find there are a variety of responses to care after the initial entrainment. You may notice shifts in physical/mental/emotional expressions that range from subtle to dramatic. Healing takes time, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t notice anything immediately. Your experience is unique, so your feedback is encouraged and welcomed.
Your Third Visit
On your third visit you will receive an entrainment followed by your Report of Findings (ROF). Please plan for 30 minutes for this appointment. During your ROF, the doctor will share what he/she has discovered about your current health status based on your consultation, exam and entrainments. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you have a spouse/significant other, it’s helpful for them to be present at this appointment to hear what the doctor says and ask any questions if they so desire. At this time, we will be certain the services Vitality offers are beneficial to your health and well-being and will discuss your personalized care plan and financial options.
